Dulces el Artesano makes everything possible to achieve all the orders that we process at the estimated time that is 5-7 business days. Due to the payment type and approval procedures of the company, there may be a delay in sending your order if the billing and shipping address are different. Dulces el Artesano with a lot of pleasure is beside the update of any ship that we made. We didn’t agree with any responsibility of any packages that didn’t ship by the estimated time by weather conditions. You will be responsible for any incorrect shipping information given by you. If you give us an incorrect address and your purchase was sent, you will have to wait for your order to arrive at our facility and pay again for the shipment.

Once you have made your entirety order, Dulces el Artesano will not make any refunds unless:

• The product wasn’t the one you ordered

• If your order didn’t arrive in the stimulated time

• If your order was lost while it was being sent to you as long as the address provided by you was correct

• No money will be refunded

Dulces el Artesano returns only if:

• The product isn’t the one you ordered

• If the product has a manufacturing defect

• No returns will be made if the product is unsatisfactory

• No returns if the product is opened

• No return will be accepted from the 14 days after having made your purchase

Dulces el Artesano will not make any returns or refunds without evidence.
